The 2024 Annual General Meeting
The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Southern Cross Medical Care Society (Society) will be held at 2.30pm on Wednesday, 4 December 2024.
The AGM will be held virtually, with the option to attend in person at our head office on Level 1, Te Kupenga, 155 Fanshawe Street, Auckland.
A notice of meeting, including information on appointing a proxy and on-line voting, will be sent out by email in November 2024. We will need your current email address to ensure you receive the notice of meeting.
Members may propose matters for discussion or resolution at the AGM by giving notice in writing to the Society Secretary. Notices may contain no more than 1000 words in support of the proposal, and must be received by 15 October 2024 to be considered at the AGM. Notice may be given by contacting us here or by posting it to the Secretary at the Society’s postal address at Private Bag 99934, Newmarket, Auckland 1149.
